A few people have posted messages here regarding loaders for PAR images.
Does anyone know if there is a program that will save in the PAR format
without requiring the PAR hardware? I have only two rendering machines
and I ask a friend to render parts of animations for me sometimes. The
problem is that he doesn't have a PAR. It would be really useful if he
could save the animations out in the PAR format. This way I could
transfer animations on just one Syquest cartridge and would also save HD
space on his machine.
I suppose such a saver isn't available because DPS would like to sell
more PARs (obviously).
